Emily will be playing Amiens in a 1-hr workshop presentation of Shakespeare's AS YOU LIKE IT performed in original pronunciation, directed by Daniel Spector and Louis Scheeder.
Emily wrote "Blow, blow, thou winter wind," the song she will sing and play on guitar.
The present-day movement to perform Shakespeare's works in original pronunciation (or OP) began in 2004, when David Crystal collaborated with Shakespeare’s Globe in an OP production of Romeo and Juliet. This was so successful that the following year the Globe mounted a production of Troilus and Cressida in OP.
