Emily is an Interstate 73 Resident with Page 73 for the 2021-2022 season! Read the press release on BroadwayWorld here.

It’s been a tremendous honour to have Page 73’s support during the pandemic. Over the years, they have supported so many playwrights whose work I admire. These writers include but are not limited to: Heidi Schreck (What The Constitution Means To Me), Leah Nanako Winkler (Two Mile Hollow), Mfoniso Udofia (Ufot Cycle), Haruna Lee (Suicide Forest), my collaborator and friend Kareem M. Lucas (Black Is Beautiful But It Ain’t Always Pretty), and Will Arbery (Heroes of the Fourth Turning). And of course, Page 73 co-produced Michael R. Jackson’s Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece, A Strange Loop. I consider myself very lucky to be in such good company, as these are some of the stand-out pieces I have ever seen in New York or elsewhere.

In 2020, Page 73 won the Obie Award for Extraordinary Support for Emerging Playwrights. I’m overjoyed that the Obies understood just how much Page 73 deserves it.
